Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

curvegudian.com works with major international shipping companies such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS and EMS, which work together with local couriers, where we can reach you.

Cancellation

We accept the cancellation of an order before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of delivery of the goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service to make sure you are sending the package to the correct address.

Notes

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for a 14-day refund.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping costs. The amount of the fee depends on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping costs for that reason.

No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for returning a product;

Refund (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a receipt confirmation via email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank. Often it takes a certain amount of time for the refund to be posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@curvegudian.com.
